This week, Valve has launched its newest VR headset, the Vive.
This is Valve’s first foray into virtual reality since 2014, and it’s an interesting one.
The headset has an impressive spec sheet, but it’s also a bit disappointing in some ways.
It’s the cheapest headset you can buy, at $599, but its battery life is about two hours, making it a pretty light experience.
The headset can only be used with one controller at a time, and only at a distance of about 10 feet.
The Vive has a few other oddities.
The most notable is that you can’t have a third person headset plugged into the headset.
Instead, you must use a third-party headset like the Oculus Rift.
That’s unfortunate, because I love third-person experiences.
I love playing in a virtual world and being immersed in a story.
It feels so natural, and the more immersive it gets, the more comfortable I am.
The other oddity is that the headset is compatible with the Oculus and HTC Vive VR headsets, which are both relatively expensive.
I can’t recommend either of those headsets enough, but you’re probably better off with the Vive if you want to experience a bit more.
The most exciting aspect of the Vive is its price tag.
At $599 you get access to a lot of games, including some of Valve’s best games, like Dota 2 and Half-Life 2.
Valve has also included a bundle of games for $199 that includes Half-life 2, Half-Death 2, Portal 2, Left 4 Dead 2, Team Fortress 2, and Team Fortress Classic.
The Valve VR Bundle includes everything that you could want for $299 or less, and includes a few things that aren’t included in the Vive’s other bundles.
In short, Valve is trying to offer gamers a new VR experience with a low price tag, which is great.
But if you’re not a hardcore VR gamer, you might be disappointed with the experience.
Valve has released a short video showing off some of the hardware and software on the Vive, but the most exciting thing is what’s coming next.
The company is talking about a new version of the VR headset called the VR HMD, which will be “the first of its kind,” according to Valve VP Mike Osterloh.
The HMD is also called the Vive VR.
Osterloth told the Verge that the VR VR HMM is “about a year away from coming to market.”
He also teased the release of a VR headset that will compete with the HTC Vive, which would have “more advanced VR technology.”
OsterLoh also hinted that the HTC headset will come in three different models, one for “early adopters,” one for more hardcore gamers, and one for people who want to play a game for a while.
You can see the HTC VR H2H here , and here is the HTC HMM here.
