Shower valve collapse: A woman was hit in the head with a toilet seat during a water leak

The incident happened at a water line at a North Carolina high school and the incident is under investigation.

The incident was captured on surveillance video by the school’s security cameras, according to WTVD-TV in Charlotte.

The school’s head of operations, James Ransom, said in a statement that he was aware of the incident.

The video shows the man, later identified as a student, in his shirt, shorts and shoes as he stands in front of a shower stall.

He was able to get his hand on the door and pull it open.

The man is heard saying that he tried to open the door because he was afraid he’d be arrested, according a statement from the school.

When he finally was able, the man grabbed the toilet seat with both hands and tried to push the toilet bowl down, according the statement.

He said he felt the stall’s hinges move.

The stall’s doors then opened, and the man said he heard the shower water spray him in the face.

The security video shows him fall down on the ground, then the toilet stall doors.

He later called the school to report the incident, according that statement.
